Terms and Condition

• Guest should consume the food strictly within 48 hours.

• Ensure that the food is refrigerated after receiving the monthly plan box.

• Delivery time and location should be strictly follow, if there’s any changes about the timing and location the guest should inform the store 48 hours.

• Failed to receive the box in the allotted time and location based in the agreement it will automatically charge the and counted in the system.

• Holding and resuming of subscription should be communicated with the store at least 48 hours for proper adjustment.

• Only 7 days maximum is allowed to hold the subscription, after the member will not confirm in the said days it will automatically deducted with the remaining meals.

• In adjusting any food only 3 times is allowed and at least the store should have informed 24hours earlier.

• For delivery transaction NO delivery in these holidays ,1st day of both season Eid’s, Qatar national day and Natural calamity reason.

• The monthly plan is not refundable.

• To receive the best quality and freshness of the food we encourage the member to choose the 1st batch delivery in the morning (FOR DELIVERY TRANSACTION ONLY).

• If you decide to hold your delivery, please inform us at least 24 hours before the delivery /Pick up time.

Delivery Policy

• Driver will inform the member at least 10 minutes before delivery.

• In case of nobody accept the food in delivery time, our driver will wait maximum for 10 minutes and try to deliver box and if no one accepts it you can pick up your box in Low Calories Restaurant every day after 4 pm.

• For Delivery in your work place, food will be delivered on main entrance only.
